Child Health Plan (CHP+)

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) offers full health care coverage for uninsured Colorado children and youth (up to 18th birthday.)

The CHP+ plan includes check-ups and shots, other doctor visits, hospitalization and hospital services, prescribed medications, and mental health services.

CHP+ now offers presumptive eligibility (PE) for pregnant women over the age of 18 . This means you may be able to receive immediate access to a full range of health care during the pregnancy.
