San Juan Basin Health Family Planning Clinic offers preventive women's health services which include:

• Annual exams (pap smear, pelvic & breast exams);
• Information and provision of  family planning methods
• Testing, counseling and resources for pregnancy
• Testing, education & counseling for sexually transmitted diseases
• Birth control supplies - including emergency contraception ( the  "morning after" pill.)
• Healthy Relationship/Sexuality Education & Counseling
• Community Education Programs

Cost of Services:

• Sliding scale fee based on family income
• Medicaid or CHP+ (or can apply here) *
• Private Insurance for those with high deductible 
• Donation
