San Juan Basin Health Department provides confidential counseling and testing for HIV, Chlamydia/Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, and other sexually transmitted infections. Services are offered for minimal fees. Individuals can pay by cash, check or credit card.

Fees for testing involve a visit fee plus a lab fee per test.

Visit fees are: $0 to $215 based on a sliding fee scale determined by income.

Laboratory fees are:

• Chlamydia/Gonorrhea--$0-$30 based on age and income.
• Syphilis--$20
• HIV--rapid test is $0 (we gladly accept donations), serum is $22
• Hep B--$28
• Hep C--$32 (or no fee for individuals who qualify)
