Nurse: San Juan Basin Health is seeking a home visitation nurse for Nurse Family Partnership (nursefamilypartnership.org). Provides education and support for first time mothers during pregnancy through child’s second birthday. We are looking for a qualified nurse with maternal infant or pediatric and public, home health experience. Must have excellent communication skills, self directing, and organized. Spanish speaking considered an additional asset. (.9 FTE – 34 flexible hr/wk). Administrative Assistant: San Juan Basin Health is seeking an admin asst for Nurse Family Partnership (nursefamilypartnership.org) Provides support for first time mothers during pregnancy through child’s second birthday. Excellent computer, data processing skills and Medicaid billing experience are required.  Must be self directed with organizational skills. Position is half time.
