H1N1 Clinic Nov 14 and In-School H1N1 Clinics Begin
San Juan Basin Health Department is collaborating with La Plata County School Districts to provide in-school vaccination clinics beginning November 12 and continuing through November 20. Click here for a school schedule. Click here for school information packet and consent form.
There will be a community H1N1 clinic on Saturday, November 14 from 10 to 2 p.m. at the La Plata County Fairgrounds Extension Building.Children ages 9 and under are eligible to receive vaccine at this clinic along with individuals up to age 64 with chronic health conditions, pregnant women, and parents, siblings or daycare providers of babies under six months old.
