Pagosa Back to School Clinics
San Juan Basin Health Department's Pagosa Springs office is providing special Back to School Immunizations Clinics on Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28th from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:00 p.m. Both clinics will be held at the Health Department office, 502 S. 8th Street.
The Durango office will provide school immunizations at its regular Monday clinic by appointment. To schedule an appointment, call 247-5702.
For the upcoming Pagosa Springs clincis, no appointment is necessary. Please note that these clinics are for school immunizations only. Parents must bring their child’s immunization record. Additionally, parents with children covered by Medicaid or CHP+ need to bring their card.
