Promoviendo Awarded Grant

San Juan Basin Health Department’s Promoviendo La Salud program was recently awarded a $151,942 grant from the Colorado Health Foundation. This funding will go directly toward program services that address health disparities for Latino adults in La Plata and Archuleta Counties. These services include health screenings, educational support, chronic disease management services and community advocacy for increased access to health care.
